"SMTP setup was a real pain"
Getting SMTP set up was annoying as heck. It kept failing over and over like a stubborn little gremlin, and support took longer than I’d hoped to get back to me. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely a frustrating one.

"Makes managing my email lists much easier"
I’ve been using gmass for smaller outreach projects, and it’s been really helpful for keeping my contact lists organized. The Google Sheets import is simple, and from my experience, being able to update an existing list instead of rebuilding everything from scratch saves a lot of hassle.
It did take me a little time to get comfortable with the filters and figuring out what to do with older lists, but once I got the hang of it, it became a real time-saver. Overall, it’s a solid tool that has made my email list management feel a lot less messy

"Felt fine at first, then got really frustrating"
At first I was like, okay, GMass gets the job done. Nothing fancy, but usable. Then the delays started getting on my nerves fast. Campaigns took way longer to send than I expected, and the dashboard would just drag when I was trying to check results. I even had to refresh a few times, which is the last thing you want when you're waiting on a campaign. Maybe it's alright if you're only sending small stuff here and there, but for me it started feeling clunky and kind of unreliable. I didn’t hate it, but i expected it to run a lot smoother

"It just does what I need"
I started using gmass for some email campaigns, mostly because I needed scheduling and mail merge without a bunch of extra hassle. So far, it’s been really reliable. I set things up, schedule the emails, and they go out like they’re supposed to. No weird glitches or random problems yet, which is all I was hoping for. Happy with it overall.

"Pretty easy to get the hang of"
I tried gmass for sending emails from Gmail, and it was really easy to figure out. At first I thought I’d have to spend a while poking around, actually, no, I was pretty much moving through it right away. The buttons and settings felt clear, and I liked not having to learn some totally separate tool. I had my first email ready faster than I expected. Simple, useful, and it works well for what I need.

"Worth it for the savings"

"Keeps me from hitting Gmail limits"
I mostly use GMass so I dont accidentally run into Gmail’s sending limits. It spaces things out for me, and I can actually see what’s happening instead of just guessing. Since I started using it, I’ve had way fewer emails bounce or get blocked. Took a little bit to get used to, but overall it’s simple.

"Pretty solid at catching replies"
I’ve been using it for my follow-ups, the reply detection works well. It catches most replies and stops the sequence, which definitely saves me from sending those awkward follow-up emails after someone already responded. There were a couple of misses here and there, but support was helpful when I reached out. Overall, it’s a solid tool for Gmail.

I had a bit of a rough time getting the mail merge set up. It felt kind of awkward and glitchy at first, so if you’re trying it, I’d recommend giving yourself a little extra time and double-checking each step as you go. I’ve been using GMass to send follow-up emails through Gmail, and it’s saved me a lot of time. It took me a bit to figure everything out at first, which was a little annoying because I hate sitting around waiting when I’m trying to get campaigns out. "Google Sheets connection works well enough"
I use GMass with Google Sheets, it does make handling emails a lot easier. Being able to update rows and send right from the sheet saves me from a ridiculous amount of copying and pasting, which I definitely don’t miss. It did take a bit of poking around at first, which was mildly annoying, but once I figured it out, it’s been smooth

"Gmail integration turned into a hassle"
I tried using it with Gmail and it was more stressful than I expected. The whole thing felt kind of clunky, and while the mail merge worked here and there, random weird errors kept popping up at the worst times. It’s not a terrible tool, but dealing with those issues made it way more frustrating than it needed to be.

Some of my emails went through just fine, but a few ended up in spam, which was annoying. I kinda blame the deliverability here because everything else seemed okay. Not terrible, just not something I’d call super reliable.

"It took me longer than I thought..."
It took me longer than I thought to get this working with Gmail. The onboarding felt a bit all over the place, and I kept wondering, wait, what am I supposed to do next?? I had to search around on my own to figure things out, which was frustrating. If you’re a beginner, this might not be the smoothest experience
